When it comes to choosing our own jewelry we can be very picky as well as
we can be very impulsive buyers. I would like to give you some advice
about choosing your rings. When I help out my customers in person I get to
really direct them into jewelry that fits for them individually. What I
mean by that, is that many people only look at the jewelry without taking
in consideration their hands, fingers & comfort. When choosing a ring of
course we want the ring to look good but will it look good on our specific
type of hands? It’s just like clothing, it may look great on the models
but maybe not so much on you. Look at your hands, are they wide or narrow,
are your fingers short, long, thin…
If you have big hands you must get a solid ring because chances are your
hands are strong & you use them accordingly & you don’t want the band to
brake. Also don’t choose something too tiny it will look out of
proportions. Wide bands can fit you but not too wide, go for about half an
inch wide. You are one of the lucky people who can wear very large stones
so don’t miss out on that!
If you have small thin hands you probably already know that rings which
are too massive & heavy are not meant for you. Go for filigree or Celtic
designs they will be much more comfortable & will suit you best. Wide
bands can suit you as long as they are not too wide & keeps you from
closing your hands completely so if you buy online & don’t get to actually
try it on before buying verify the width.
Wide bands are very hot right now, but they don’t suit everyone.
Long slim fingers suit them best. Actually most rings will suit you best
but not too narrow, stick with about a quarter inch and more width in the
front.
Short chubby fingers sorry for you but you should avoid wide bands, you
wont be comfortable & it will end up in a jewelry box. If you have short
fingers choose a thinner band with the front part small to medium size. If
you really want to go with a wide band well choose one that tapers down in
the back to about a quarter of an inch or less. Try a colorful stone that
will catch the eye or maybe a cameo ring.
I hope these advises will help you find rings that better suit you & that
it will have you purchase the right ones. After all when we love a ring,
that it looks great on your hand & it is comfortable it often ends up
being a real treasure.

Tags:Crafting is a messy job! Once you get serious about crafting to the point that it’s a daily event then very soon your studio becomes an obstacle course of hot glue guns, glue sticks, paint brushes, and let’s not forget the water that was used to clean your brushes.
Yes, I know from experience that if the craft studio is not organized then you are likely to trip over the glue gun cord, step on a glue stick and spill the paint water. I also know from experience that this can all be done at the same time!
The following are tips that will help you organize your craft studio so that you keep your sanity:
1. Hang wastebaskets on the wall.Yes, it does seem a little strange but it works. I was complaining to a friend that I didn’t have enough storage for my silk flowers. She said that her mom would hang small, plastic wastebaskets on the wall and put her silk flowers in those. Then you are able to easily see the types and colors of the flowers you need. But they don’t need to be limited to silk flowers. You could store glue sticks, thread or various scissors in one wastebasket.2. Place a garbage bag within reach of your workspace. As soon as you cut wire, paper, etc. then put your throw-away directly into the garbage bag. You may even tape the garbage bag onto the table where you are working. You would be surprised at how much time this saves when it’s clean up time.3. Roll fabric into logs. If you have quite a selection of fabric then you know that it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack when you need that certain fabric. Start folding your fabric into logs. Fold the fabric in half, long ways. Then just roll into the shape of a log and stand it on its end. Then not only will you be able to see the fabric easier, but it will save you space in storage. Hopefully, these three tips will assist you in keeping a craft studio that is easily accessible and functional, and maybe keep your sanity in tact!

Tags:I was actually writing another article all together and I was about 1/3 the way through when I realized something. I realized that everything I was talking about was in regards to the advantages of “Clone Golf Clubs”. I know you are probably sitting there saying to yourself well of course you think that clones are better then “Name Brand“. It is your job… so that is kind of stating the obvious.
But remember the majority of you don’t have the luxuries I do when it comes to information about golf. You guys don’t understand that from the time I roll out of bed.heck from morning and through the night (dreams) that is all I think about. And I actually started Golfideas selling both (Name Brand and Clones) so I am not really biased. I changed to 100% custom clubs because I felt like I was ripping golfers off by selling clubs that cost them over $1000.
I will admit that when I first got into this business the products were not where we wanted them to be in regards to quality. And at the time(ashamed to say) I still played a name brand driver and putter. But since, then we have worked very hard to bring the best custom golf clubs to you. We develop about 70% of the products you see, that means we play a part in the clubs overall development and do not have to rely on another company when it comes to quality.
********THAT BEING SAID LETS GET DOWN TO THE NITTY GRITTY ********
When you think about the root of why people play “Name Brand” compared to why people play clones you begin to realize that clone people are probably making the smarter decision.
Why People play Name Brand:
-Marketing (Yes companies spend millions because it does work.)
-Brand Loyalty.
-Belief in getting what you pay for (True in most instances not true with golf clubs though.)
-Ashamed to play non “Name Brand Clubs”.
-Clones in most markets are not as good of quality as the real thing.
Why People play Custom Clubs:
-You can customize the shafts to fit your game (It is the most effective way to improve your game)
The shaft can change about everything you are having troubles with in your current game.
Ranging from ball flight, ball flight pattern, weight, feel, etc.
-You can choose the proper length you need to get in the correct swing plane.
-Ability to change lie angle.
By now you are starting to see why we don’t understand the fact that people still buy name brand golf equipment. If you would like more information in regards to this article feel free to call us with any questions. We would be happy to explain any misconceptions you might have.

“Clone Or No Clone The Ball Doesn’t Care!!”
Discount brand name products are not always easy to come by when shopping online. You might try several websites only to discover the items are priced the same as they are on the shelves of your local specialty store. But with minimal effort, you can find many great discount brand name products online. Here are five ways to find those hidden bargains.
1. Search Engines
If you need a specific product, you can type keywords into your favorite search engine that will make it easier to locate the product. Here are some search phrase examples to use when looking for certain discount brand name products.
*NASCAR products discounts
*NCAA gear discounts
*NFL gear discounts
*PGA gifts discounts
*PDA discounts
*XBOX 360 discounts
*IPOD discounts
*Computer games discount
*As Seen on TV discount products
*Die-Cast discount products
Any product you wish to buy, type in the product or brand name specifically along with the word “discount” or “low price.” The more specific your phrase is, the more likely you are to get relevant results.
2. Online Auctions
Shopping at online auctions is another way to find discount brand name products. You can search through listed items at almost any auction to try and find the products you need. Most auctions offer many different categories. Whether you want to buy a DVD player, cell phone, PS2 or PS3 player or a home security system, you can find all of these at general auctions. There are also auctions that specialize in only one market, such as golf, football, electronics, video or computer games, etc.
3. Discount Store Websites
You can also find discount brand name products at websites belonging to off-line discount stores. Many large companies are finding they can do business both online and off-line. This gives you the opportunity to shop for discount brand name products at your favorite store without ever leaving your home!
4. Online Directories
Directories provide listings of Web stores where you can shop for discount brand name products. These are great if you’re not sure where to shop. There are millions of online stores, but only a few may carry the product you need. An online directory narrows your search by categorizing stores by product, price or brand name.
5. Online Shopping Malls
Probably one of the easiest ways to buy discount brand name products is through an online shopping mall. You can search by category or with specific keywords through a variety of products including cell phones, DVD players, auto parts, perfume, jewelry, watches, electronics and much more. Online malls are able to offer brand name products at a tremendous discount because the items are usually drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. You can take advantage of wholesale or near-wholesale prices without leaving your desk!
Malls offer many types of products so you can do all your shopping in one place - and save on shipping costs as well. Other products you might find at an online mall include PS2 and PS3 consoles and games, XBOX360, As Seen on TV products, sports items such as NCAA gear, PGA gifts, NFL gear and NASCAR products, and don’t forget - IPODS!
When shopping for discount brand name products, be sure to locate a store or online mall that’s easy to navigate and offers secure shopping and plenty of great products that will save you time and money.

Tom Hanks, in Forest Gump said “Mama always said you could tell an awful lot about a person by the kind of shoes they wear.” And his Mama was right! But this is a more correct statement for women than it is for men.
Women have shoes to wear for every state of affairs that life may offer them! A woman’s shoes really go a long way towards telling you who she is, what she is like, and what she does with her life. There are many cases when a woman really needs a lot of different colors and styles, such as when she works everyday and needs a variety of shoes as well as some that are comfortable.
There is no question about the fact that women love shoes. Many women cannot resist buying a new pair of shoes every time they pass by a shoe store. Rarely do we find a woman overlooking the show window of a shoe store, especially when there is sale going on. During the sales, it is very much likely that the parking lots of the shoe stores are jam packed with women rushing out of the store carrying more than one box. It gives the feeling to the passers-by who notice the scene that shoes are being given away gratis!
As goes the saying, the first impression is a lasting impression, thus it is really essential for a woman to pay attention to the type of shoes she wears. It is equally as important as any other accessory a woman wears, not like men who usually buy shoes just for the utilitarian need.
These days, without a nice, matching pair of shoes, the fashion statement of a woman remains incomplete. It is believed that shoes help in depicting an individual’s personality. It is indeed possible for the average person to know quite a bit about a woman by checking out the collection of shoes in her closet. A grubby sneaker in the collection denotes that the woman is an athlete or, maybe, she is a gardener. Cowboy boots will signify that the woman has a passion for riding horses. But if the boots are found to be in immaculate condition, then she probably has interest in country and western dance. A wide collection of shoes in diverse colors, shapes and style means that perhaps she is an office worker. Indeed a woman’s shoes help a lot in letting a person know or have at least a slight idea of who she is, what she fond of and what kind of lifestyle she has.

Tags:Many people will tell you to not allow your company to get involved in a political debate and that advice might be best due to the possible alienation of potential future customers. I do note the Public Companies do not get involved with political debate. Which makes sense, as they also have to worry about upsetting shareholders as well as future and current customers. Indeed those who attempt to influence public opinion will often launch a negative campaign against a brand name using extortion type media techniques.
But what if you feel strongly about an issue and what if you are not a public company. Additionally what if you own 100% of the company. And what if you are so vehemently committed to a cause, which has become political that you refuse to throw away ideals and truth for money. Ever been there before? I have, I know what I did, what did you do? Did you cave in and allow your belief system to be trampled on, but the lure of money? What exactly would be the difference between you and a street whore in that case? Seriously what is the difference you spineless wimp? I think you ought to stand for more in your life.
Our company owned by me, yes 100% with no one to answer for was attacked by a group, which would not yield to the truth. I told them point blank that if you continue to attack my brand name, call to question my personal character or try to attempt to attack our market share through extortion tactics then I would follow the Carl von Clauswitz scenarios. And they continued to attack and I made good on my promise. At first I called their bluff and said; “if indeed I do feel your group a real threat, then I will move to pre-empt.”
This group attempted to use attacks and tactics of “pocket book” attack trying to turn customers against us, as well as franchise team partners. The united our group and their mission backfired on them. They attempted to use laws and then Corporate Brand name attacks, but it simply did not work.
No group can ever attack our team this way, as I have effectively learned how to deal with those in my chess game. This group met a man who was upset with lies and abuses of law from this group and will tell the truth on the highest hill and shout it if necessary. I warned the group that they need to clean their own house and that the writing was on their wall. I doubt anyone ever challenged them in this way, they were so confident in their demands they figured I would roll over like you may have or like a street whore does.
Oh, which group you ask? Well, it was the homosexual fringe of the Gay and Lesbian Community. I had just about enough of their crap and told them so having gay friends who backed me up. Moral of the story, do not allow extortionists to tell you that what you see and observe is not so and that you must succumb to some bizarre created reality of a minority fringe within a larger minority group. Tell them where to stick it and to leave you out of it. Fight back and do not take extortion tactics lying down. To hell with the liars, street whores and scum of the Earth who would throw away what they stand for a possible additional dollar using some hypocritical attack from the lunatic fringe. Stand tall, in the end you will prevail. I did. Think about it.

Tags:Women have so many different choices available to them when it comes to style and color of shoes available. The reason is that shoes and women are an entirely different subject than men and shoes. A pair of shoes worn by a man is considered an extension of his outfit and is worn to compliment. With women, a pair of shoes is intended to accessorize an outfit. Shoes are chosen along with hand bags, belts and other accessories to give an over all affect. Many times, a stylish, well thought out ensemble of shoes, bag, belt and jewelry will create a conversation point with women or even envy!
Although there are millions of different colored shoes on the market for women, the most functional and popular color shoe that absolutely every woman should have in her wardrobe is black. Black is about the only color known to man that will match well and compliment any color scheme possible and is considered to be very dressy. Although black is not the only color shoe that a woman should have, it is absolutely necessary to own at least five pairs of black shoes! Yeah, I know you are thinking that is crazy but when you consider that you need open toe, closed toe, dressy, casual, and semi casual it doesn’t take long to add up!
Another must have shoe color is white. Like black, white is a color that can be used with a wide variety of colors to enhance an outfit. White is generally difficult to keep clean and is easily scuffed or marked so it is not quite as popular as black. Never the less, it is absolutely necessary to have at least two pairs of white shoes as part of a complete wardrobe. If you work in the medical profession this figure may have to be multiplied quite a bit!
The colors and types of clothing that a woman has in her wardrobe will often dictate the colors of shoes needed. With that in mind, it is fairly obvious why many women need an entire wardrobe dedicated to their shoes. The colors a woman chooses for her wardrobe will have a lot to do with favorite colors and what is considered ‘hot’ this season and shoes are no exception.
If you were to ask any woman what color shoe was absolutely impossible to live without, I am positive the reply would be that every color shoe is needed!

Tags:Wedding Invitations should be ordered when you have all the details of your wedding set place, time of ceremony and reception as well as your guest list. Plan to place your invitation order at least 3-4 months in advance, some companies may require 4-6 months. Especially, if you are ordering custom made invitations or handmade invitations and coordinating ensembles. Depending on the intricacy of your design and because they are not mass produced, but rather assembled one by one it can take anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks for your order to arrive. Also consider the factor of the design process, possibility of errors, proofs and changes in your design.
Ideally invitations are sent 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. It is best to send out-of-town guests their invitations 8 weeks in advance, as this will allow for making travel arrangements. Consider sending out-of-town guests save the
date cards earlier, with information on hotels, flights and car rental.
Keep in mind that you will need time to address your invitations, ask family and friends for help. While doing it yourself is the most cost effective way. There are other alternatives you may want to consider: the invitation comapny may provide this service for an additional fee or send the envelopes to a calligrapher. A fun alternative would be to learn calligraphy yourself, there are many books and materials readily available.
Even though selecting your invitations may seem like a daunting task with all the possibilities available, giving yourself enough time will prove beneficial and a money saver.
It is never too early to start shopping around!

Some online authors recently have noted along with the all time biggest online article submission website that some folks are purposefully miss spelling article titles in order to game the search engines and take advantage of Internet Users who make typos in Search Engines. Additionally if you look at an online article on an online article submission site and see miss spellings in the titles you probably are thinking; Tacky!
But if an online article submission website makes a rule; No Miss Spelled Words in the Titles, then this is also problematic, as who decides? Some online before its time artificially intelligent inferior spell check? Next I wish to point out that using miss spelled words by dictionary definition is one thing, then there are Brand Names and brand names which become words like Kleenex or “I FedEx’ed it” or “Make a Xerox of this Please” and then there are inventa-words too.
All of which is to be considered writer’s prose or even free speech. I believe that the argument against miss spelled words is a lousy one, unless utterly abused in every article for the sole intention of gaming the search engines. However percentages should account for something too. I think making a rule against miss spellings is wrong and too arbitrary unless it is being radically abused. Further it is rule making for the sake of making rules that is very bad for progressive thinking and writing. Consider this in 2006.

Tags:Have you ever rummaged through your grandmother’s jewelry box? Or perhaps through your grandpa’s closet to find old straw hats or his unique silk ties? It’s amazing of all the items that you can find! But did you ever stop to think of the stories behind them?
Imagine the decade of events!-Maybe even the turning of a century! Everybody and everything has a story.
The same concept goes with your handmade crafts. Each special moment that you worked on your craft, a story was in the making. What were the major current events going on during the creation? Something in the news, entertainment, or family could have inspired you to design your special treasure.
Also, the supplies and contents that were used to make your craft each had its own personal saying as well. Perhaps it was those old antique mother of pearls that were used to design a handmade bracelet-or that oak wood from your favorite tree in that backyard you used to play for hours at a time as a child. Then again, maybe it was a special heirloom charm that had been shared from many family generations through the years.
When creating, think about your story and what you want your piece to say. How do you want it to inspire others when they see or use it? Life is short, but it’s the little things and the story that it represents that will make your special craft last an eternity.
Cherish your moments and hold close those stories that you keep in your heart.
Creations by hand are the best treasure of all.
